RateIntelligence sends you regular email reports with the most important changes of your competitive set's rates so that you are up-to-date. You can decide how often you would like to receive these email reports and who in your property should receive them.
To check or change your email preferences go to Settings and select Emails Preferences from the drop down menu.
Here you will find a list of all the e-mail addresses that are receiving the report. You can choose the property, the e-mail address, the frequency of the report and the language of the report.
If you want to remove recipients, simply click on Remove.
If you want to add new recipients, click on + Add another.
At the bottom of the page you can choose up to 5 the room types to be displayed in your activity report. Select them by choosing room and rate type from the drop-down menus and then the occupancy.
If you want to remove a room type click on the grey - sign next to Occupancy.
If you want to add a new room type, click on + Add another.
Once you have finished adding emails and room types, click on Save changes.
