When will RateIntelligence be discontinued?
RateIntelligence will be discontinued on 30 November 2020.
How can I cancel my RateIntelligence?
There is no need to cancel your RateIntelligence as we will discontinue all accounts on 30 November 2020. However, if you would like to stop receiving your Activity reports beforehand or you want to delete your account already, please follow these instructions.
Will I still have support until RateIntelligence is discontinued?
The RateIntelligence Help Centre remains available until 30 November 2020. In addition to our regular Help Centre articles, we have developed all the necessary content to assist you during this transition.
For specific questions about your product, we advise you to reach out through your usual Booking.com channels. Booking.com agents will be ready to assist you in your local language with any questions about your product discontinuation.
Will I still receive my activity Excel report?
Yes, all reports will remain active until 30 November 2020.
How can I unsubscribe from receiving my activity Excel report?
Follow these instructions to unsubscribe from your RateIntelligence report. Please allow up to 24 hours for the change to take place.
How often will prices be updated on the Calendar?
The rates shown in RateIntelligence are updated automatically as soon as they are changed on Booking.com. For the Excel report, they are updated early in the morning automatically. If you would like to receive an up-to-date Excel report at any other time of day, you can refresh rates manually on the Calendar and resend the report.
(Please note that the discontinuation of Rate Intelligence may also affect the Rates & Availability calendar in your extranet as average competitor rates will no longer be shown when setting your rates.)
Can I still make changes to my platform? (competitor set, add or delete rooms, etc.)
Yes, you can use your platform as usual until 30 November 2020.
