If you would like to contact us, please follow these steps:
- Login to RateIntelligence as usual
- Click on the question mark button on the top right to access the Help section.
- In the Help section click on “Get in touch with customer success” to send us a message.
- In the pop up window you can type your message including a Subject. Please include your Booking.com ID if possible. You can also add an attachment using the button “Browse”. Click on Send to forward us your message.
